Parent Reps sit on the Scout Group’s Executive Committee to conform with the Scout Association rules. They are here to raise any issues parents may have with their child’s section, or to liaise with if parents have any great fundrasing ideas or wish to help out at an event or activity. We are currently looking for parent rep from each Section within the Group.

Record gift aid subs and donations
Complete and send off gift aid returns

Help to raise vital funds for our group by:

Leading the monthly fundraising meeting (day and location tbd)
Coordinating fundraising events throughout the year
Liaise with executive committee and leaders to promote and get support for these events
