Who we are

We are based at St Hilda’s Church, Crofton Park where we have a growing Scout Group with 50 members across all our sections, all enjoying the everyday adventure that Scouting has to offer.

We encourage parents/guardians to be involved in the Group either on our parental rotas or as named helpers supporting the leaders. 3rd Crofton Park also encourages parents/guardians to enjoy Scouting with their children, by joining us on our annual Family Camp where all the family participate in Scouting activities whilst enjoying the sunshine (hopefully). We hold a yearly summer picnic along with various other adult social events. Adventure is at the heart of everything we do. It is the single most important thing that sets Scouts apart.

From camping and hiking to surfing and paragliding, there are hundreds of activities that Scouting offers. Scouting is about being with friends, as part of a team, participating fully in adventures and opportunities of life.

If you have any questions or would like to join either as a young member or adult volunteer, please contact us using either the contact form / joining form. We look forward to hearing from you.
